Product Overview
The equipment controls various electrical and power components through the PLC operating system to complete one-time vacuum, large leak and small leak detection, secondary vacuum, and constant pressure filling of the container to be filled. When filling reaches pressure balance, the system vents to the atmosphere and performs suction back to suck the excess liquid back to the required liquid level, thus completing one filling cycle.

Product Overview
The system is mainly controlled by a PLC operating system to manage all electrical and power components. First, it checks whether the vehicle has already been filled with brake fluid. For vehicles that already contain brake fluid, the existing fluid is recovered first. Then, the following steps are performed on the container to be filled: primary vacuum evacuation, major and minor leak detection, secondary vacuum evacuation, and constant-pressure filling. Once the filling process reaches pressure equilibrium, dry air is introduced, and a suction-back operation is carried out to draw excess fluid back to the required liquid level, thus completing one full filling cycle.
