Hubei KV Mechanical Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. is a nationally accredited High-Tech Enterprise. Founded in June 2010 with a registered capital of RMB 48 million, we provide comprehensive, end-to-end solutions for the automotive OEM, auto parts, and machinery manufacturing industries---covering intelligent logistics systems, industrial automated assembly lines, painting lines, robotic integration, and intelligent control systems.
In 2022, we established KV Equipment (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. and Reisinger Intelligent Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., expanding our footprint to three major manufacturing bases in Shiyan, Wuhan, and Wuxi, with a total area of approximately 45,000 square meters. Through deep collaboration with leading domestic and global equipment manufacturers and research institutes, we offer integrated turnkey solutions---from R&D and design to manufacturing, installation, and commissioning---all under one roof.
We hold over 100 product patents and software copyrights, and have been ISO 9001:2008 certified since 2011. Guided by our philosophy of "being pragmatic and responsible to our customers," we are committed to delivering high-quality, tailor-made solutions that meet the most demanding industrial requirements.
With a dedicated team of over 200 employees---40% of whom are R&D and engineering professionals---and a well-established R&D center, we are equipped with advanced facilities for surface treatment, cutting, machining, welding, assembly, and painting.
Our long-standing clients include leading automotive manufacturers and parts suppliers such as Dongfeng Motor, Nissan, BAIC, Beiqi Foton, BYD, and JMC, to whom we supply automated assembly lines and conveying systems. Our subsidiary, Reisinger Intelligent Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., provides assembly and lifting equipment to power transformer manufacturers including TBEA, Zhongneng Transformer, Sunten Electric, and Jinpan. We are also actively engaged in the planning and development of automation, digitalization, and intelligent warehousing solutions for the power equipment industry.
In 2015, we completed our joint-stock reform and were listed on the equity exchange center. Since then, we have earned a series of prestigious honors, including High-Tech Enterprise, China Good Technology, Manufacturing Single Champion, Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprise, Service-Oriented Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise, and Industrial Design Center.
