According to an announcement by the National Intellectual Property Administration, the patent for “A Novel Tire-Lifting Device,” filed in October 2024 by Hubei KV Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. (Publication No.: CN223148545U), has been granted.
The patent abstract states that this utility model pertains to the field of automotive manufacturing technology. The device comprises a fixed frame and a lifting frame: the fixed frame is equipped with multiple tension sleeves designed to be inserted into tire mounting holes, each tension sleeve featuring several tension apertures containing built-in tension balls; the lifting frame is mounted above the fixed frame in a manner that allows vertical movement and is fitted, one by one, with tension mandrels corresponding to the respective tension sleeves; the tension mandrels are inserted into their respective tension sleeves, and as the lifting frame moves up and down, the mandrels drive the tension balls to extend from the tension apertures, thereby clamping against the inner walls of the tire mounting holes.
