Kewei Electromechanical Obtains Patent for New Tire Lifting Equipment, Greatly Improving Production Efficiency

According to the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), Hubei Kewei Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. has been granted a patent for "A New Type of Tire Lifting Equipment" (Announcement No.: CN223148545U), filed in October 2024.
The patent abstract states that this utility model belongs to the technical field of automobile manufacturing. The equipment comprises a fixed frame and a lifting frame:The fixed frame is equipped with multiple tension sleeves for insertion into tire mounting holes. Each tension sleeve has several tension holes with built‑in tension balls.The lifting frame is installed above the fixed frame in a liftable manner, and is fitted with tension mandrels corresponding to the tension sleeves one by one.The tension mandrels are inserted into the corresponding tension sleeves. As the lifting frame moves up and down, the tension mandrels drive the tension balls to protrude from the tension holes and clamp against the inner wall of the tire mounting holes.
